オークランド・ヒルクレストで女性フラットメイトを募集しています。
シティ行きのバス停まで徒歩1分で、通勤・通学にとても便利です。
お部屋には家具が付いており、光熱費は月に一度フラットメイト同士で分担しています。
現在は20〜30代の韓国人女性2人が住んでいます。私たちは日本の文化が好きで、日本人の方も大歓迎です。
家主は同居していないため、気楽で自由な雰囲気のフラットです。静かで落ち着いた環境ですが、時には一緒に夕食を食べたり、おしゃべりをしたり、友達のように過ごせる温かい家です。
お部屋は広く、日当たりも良好です。また、広い裏庭があり、専用駐車場も利用できます。ご希望であれば家庭菜園で自分の植物を育てることもできます。
各部屋には空気清浄システムが設置されているため、湿気の多い日でも快適に過ごせます。
時々友人を招いて静かにビールを楽しむこともありますが、もちろん参加は自由です。フラットメイト同士でお互いを尊重しながら生活しています。

We are looking for a female flatmate in Hillcrest, Auckland.
The bus stop to Auckland CBD is only a 1-minute walk away, making it very convenient for work, study, or commuting.
The room is fully furnished, and utilities are shared between flatmates once a month.
We are two Korean women in our 20s and 30s who enjoy Japanese culture and would love to welcome a Japanese flatmate.
This is a relaxed and friendly home with no live-in landlord. We enjoy having a comfortable and respectful atmosphere where everyone can feel at home. Sometimes we share dinner together, chat about life, and support each other like friends.
The room is spacious and filled with natural sunlight. There is also a large backyard, a designated parking space, and if you enjoy gardening, you're welcome to grow your own plants in our vegetable garden.
Each room is equipped with an air purification system, so the house stays fresh and comfortable even during humid weather.
Occasionally, we invite friends over for a quiet beer night, but participation is completely optional. We always respect each other's space and preferences.
