We are a friendly married korean couple looking for a flatmate to share our clean and comfortable townhouse in Henderson.

• Convenient location close to shops, supermarkets and public transport
• Easy access to Henderson town centre and Auckland CBD

• Clean and modern townhouse
• Shared kitchen and common areas
• fridge and other basic appliances available
• Unlimited internet/Wi-Fi
• Comfortable and tidy home environment

💰 Rent
• $250 per week for one person
• Internet and utilities included
• Couples can be considered – rent can be discussed separately

🐶 About Us
We are a Korean married couple in 30's and we have two lovely Welsh Corgis, so someone who likes dogs would be ideal.

👤 We are looking for someone who is:
• Working full-time or regularly employed or student
• Clean and respectful of shared spaces
• Friendly and considerate
• Preferably looking for a longer-term stay
