We have 2 bedrooms available in our 3 bedroom house.
We have everything; you just need your bedroom furniture.

The house is awesome- 2 storey set back off the road; awesome landlord, we even have a lawn which he mows!!!
We do have a small dog; shes great though more like an energenic cat!

The bigger room is the same size as the master bedroom, the smaller room would be ideal for a kids room or a study, both rooms will only cost you $175!!!!

We are looking for either a student or a single mother.
