American/French couple looking to fill one bedroom in a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom flat.
Open to short term and long term subleases. No smokers please.
Current roommates: American girl & French guy in one bedroom and then 2 Brazilians guys that will leave in mid May in the 2nd bedroom. YOU will live in the 3rd bedroom!

Located near the city center on 16 Liverpool St (across the street from the Langham Hotel). Minutes away from New Market, Ponsonby, and Britomart.

Flat has two levels: The bottom level has the 3 bedrooms and one very large bathroom that you will share only with two roommates. The top level has very large open living room and kitchen space with a 2nd bathroom. We are looking for someone friendly and respectful of fellow roommates; who likes to have a few drinks every now and then.

The room has a double size bed; as well as, a large closet and nice big windows.

Rent is $250 per week; includes water, trash, and unlimited ADSL+ internet
The power bill is divided up equally every month (the less we use, the lower our bill is!)
