Clean and tidy room/Auckland

Hi there, a clean and tidy room has become available for a girl in the city centre.
You will get your own bed and wardrobe, and won't need to share them with anybody.
The room is also sort of your own, as I just have my stuff there but I don't usually sleep in the room.
You will have the room to yourself almost all the time as I'm not home during the day, and most of the nights; I sleep in the lounge.
I work 3 days and go to school 3 days a week, so I come back only in the evening.
However, we can always have a chat when we meet.
I am looking forward to welcome a friendly and tidy flatmate :)

The rent will be $145 per week which includes expenses like electricity, unlimited internet, landline, dish washing liquid and other cleaning stuff. You will also be having good flatmates.
We are 3 girls and a boy living here from 8 months and everyone is considerate, friendly and tidy. The other 3 are working full-time, so they are also at work during the day.

The apartment is in Aura Apartments located at 53 Cook St.
It's a great location! These are quite spacious apartments located in the heart of the city yet away from all the hustle and bustle.
We have a balcony to enjoy the sun and the views of the city, as it's the 12th floor.
The apartment is fully furnished and we have got almost all the things that are required in a home, so you don't need to worry about bringing anything except your suitcase :) .
I can provide beddings (bed sheets, pillow and pillow cover) too.
There's also a gym, pool and sauna in the apartments; free for the residents.
